I am so sad to hear of Dale's passing. He was a good friend at LifeWay (BSSB). I met him through my sister-in-law that was one of his managers at LifeWay. Dale was always so gentle and kind to everyone. I remember the last time I saw him and knew his Parkinson's was progressing. Please know I am glad that our paths crossed for a season at LifeWay. You and the family are in our prayers for comfort during this difficult time. Dale will be missed by many!

Dale will surely be missed. He was such a great compassionate historian for the Royalty family. Enjoyed visits with him at Bonnie and Clifford’s house. There will never be anyone else to replace him taking care of the original Royalty grave site. He really enjoyed researching the Royalty history thru Ancestry and even visiting Anderson, Mercer, Washington, and Nelson County court houses to see what info he could find. I enjoyed time spent with Dale and only wished more time was available. Farewell my friend.
Prayers for your family during this difficult time.
Love
Steven and Dawn

Cindy, we will all miss Dale. He came by to visit Clifford and me often when he was able. And then after Clifford passed away 4 years ago today he still came to see me. We know he no longer has pain and is rejoicing with all his loved ones. Take care of yourself and hope to see you. Love Bonnie

To Cindy, Sam and Tom. We are so, so sorry to hear about the loss of Dale. Our Love and Prayers go out to you guys.
We were not only neighbors for nearly 30 years but wonderful friends. Sam and Tom were best friends with Chris and we all loved watching them grow up together. And Dale was such a great dad and mentor to all the kids.
We hated when you guys moved away but totally understood.
Cindy, please give Sam and Tom a big hug for us and if we can do anything for you guys, please let us know.
We Love You Guys !!!

Dale was 4 years older than me but one of my brother’s friends so that’s how I knew him. As children he was always the kindest persons I ever met. Praying that his family finds comfort and peace as only God can provide. Thinking of you all.

We lived across the street from Dale and Cindy on Albany Drive. I miss Dale. Every time l am working in my yard, I'll catch myself looking up my driveway expecting to see Dale coming down to see what l was doing and chat awhile. The house Dale, Cindy and the boys lived in will, to us, always be the Royalty house.
Dale and his family will always be remembered

Thinking of you and sending prayers. Dale was an elementary thru high school classmate. I always appreciated his keeping me up to date on people of our class. When visiting Lawrenceburg a few years ago I remember his stopping by my mom’s just to say hello. His faith was so evident and such a testimony to who he authentically was as a person.

Dear Cindy and family,
I worked with Dale for several years at LifeWay in the Sunday School Ministry Design Section. He was out team's graphic design specialist and was a major part of the development of the FAITH resources. His talent and art expertise was superb, but it was completely overshadowed by his love for Christ, our team and its work, and especially you and the boys. I truly treasure the memories of our time together. I know he had some difficult years with health, and I celebrate with you now as he enjoys the Presence of the Lord he loves and served

I will miss my friend. He was a wonderful classmate and friend. He loved to come to my small farm and shoot. I have missed him visiting. For many years he was front and center in planning events for our class mates to remain in touch.
His family has my deepest condolences and my prayers of healing.

I have many, many (all good) memories of Dale in Lawrenceburg, Ky. growing up: snow forts, tree houses, playing at one anothers' homes and neighborhoods, singing at First Baptist church, "caving" adventures, and on and on. Many years later, Dale introduced me to my wife, Barbara, who also worked at Lifeway Christian Resources in Nashville, where Dale was an artist. Holding onto the many good memories, Stephen Kenneth Hoskins
