Obituary of Stephen Grey Hartley

Essie, Kentucky - Stephen Hartley, 52, passed away on August 31, 2021. He was a Paramedic with several agencies over the years throughout the State of Kentucky. He is survived by his mother, Lillian Hartley; daughter, Summer Hartley and children, Tara, Tanner and Tyler Smith; significant other, Wendi Smith and grandchildren, Brysen, Lukas, Malakai; dogs, Chloe and Scout. Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 12 PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville. David Cravens will officiate. A Gathering of Family & Friends will be from 10 AM-12 PM service time.
