Obituary of Dorothy Regina Lewis

Dorothy Regina Lewis, 79, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021. She was born in Georgetown, Kentucky to the late Ora and Marietta Richardson McFarland on May 7, 1942. Ms. Lewis was the owner and operator of Vogue of Lexington Modeling Agency. After retiring in Lexington, Ms. Lewis moved to The Villages in Florida where she loved to shop, listen to music and attend fashion conventions in New York City. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jerry Crump, Lexington; sons, Robert Christopher Stephens, Frankfort and Freddy (Jessica) Lewis, Georgetown; sisters, Thelma McFarland, FL, Mary Frances McDaniel, Lexington and Roberta Sinclair Kreafle, Lexington; and her grandchildren, Emily Elkins, Sofia Lewis, Aubrey Lewis and Cole Lewis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Lewis and her sister, Juanita Hymer.  

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. Burial will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Serving as casketbearers will be Tom Holder, Chris Burton, Martin Willhoite, Ricky Durham, Freddy Lewis and Christopher Stephens. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
