Obituary of Carol Ann Buell

Carol Ann Baker Buell, 68, wife of Ethan Buell, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 4, 1952 to the late Olin and Constance Slaughter Baker. She was an Accountant for Kentucky Department of Education and she was a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.

 In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Becca (Dubs) Williams, Richmond; her son, Ethan “E.J.” Buell Jr.; her brothers, Alan (Beth) Baker, Cincinnati, and Greg (Barbie) Baker, Evansville; as well as her grandchildren, Cameron Ikard, Camille Case, Greyson Williams, Oliver Williams, and Kaylin Jackey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sara Buell Jackey; and her sister, Judy Baker Reynolds.

Celebration of Carol’s life will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Rev. Todd Lester will be officiating. Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
