Obituary of Barbara Alix Thompson

Barbara Alix Thompson, 83, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. She was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on May 16, 1937to the late Bernadette Derosiers and Alfred Alix. Ms. Thompson was a housekeeper at Heritage Hall for over 20 years and loved being around her grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Brian (Jill) Thompson, MI, Sandra (Bill) Howard, TN, Paula (Jeremy) Haeberlin, Lawrenceburg, Lisa Thompson, Lawrenceburg and Pam Thompson, Frankfort; 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Thompson; her son, Mike Thompson; and her sister, Anita Santos.   

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road at 7:00 PM. Father Charles Howell will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
