Oma Jeanette Tosh Phelps, 82, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born January 4, 1939 in Ferdonia, Kentucky to the late Victor and Eva Tosh.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Southland Christian Church with Brewster McLeod officating. Burial will follow at Lexington Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
