Amy is survived by her fiance’, Brent Anderson; one daughter, Stephanie (Garry) Couch, Paint Lick, KY; one son, Dusty Johnson, one step daughter, Hayley Anderson, Lancaster, KY; two grandchildren, Kendall Couch and Danni Couch; two sisters, Stephanie Parish, Lexington, Ky and Sherrie Bolton, Florida No services are planned.
