Raymond Solomon was the Love of my life! I am broken in pieces as part of me went with him! My life is not going to be as full as before, I know I have to pick up the pieces and go on. But how do we do that! Ray and I spent many years together and have 2 lovely grown daughters and a son-in-law that is very precious and special! My Darling Raymond, rest in Peace until we meet again. your loving wife, Barbara

I was married to Raymond Solomon for 49 wonderful years, we had 2 Beautiful daughter, He was a wonderful father and he was always there when any of us needed him. He loved me and his daughter with all his might. We were married just after the Vietnam war and we met and married while both of us were at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC. We have lived most of our life in Frankfort, Ky. This is where we bought our home and educated our children, Their high school and College. Raymond will be sorely missed, we love him with all our hearts. Your loving wife, Barbara

When I was young, Kathryn and I would stay with Auntie and Wahid for a few days during the summer. Raymond was always so good to us. He let me follow him around the grocery store that they owned while he was working. He also took us to the swimming pool and stopped at Dairy Queen on the way home to buy us treats. He made up a song about my long hair and sang it to me daily.
I am so sorry for your loss and want you to know that we are all praying and thinking about you.

It was my great pleasure to have worked with Raymond for a number of years at the Department of Workers Claims. Raymond was a gentleman at all times and was a friend to all. He loved his family dearly and often spoke of his wife and children with pride. Raymond was one of the first to give of his time and knowledge when a work project was of urgency. He was kind, gentle and always had a positive word of encouragement. Raymond was a good man and I know his family and friends will miss him terribly. It was a pleasure to have known Raymond.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Willie Lile

I'm so heartbroken for the loss of my dear brother, Raymond. A lifetime of memories are rushing through my brain. He was a great brother, always there for me, and even a greater husband and father. My heart pours out to Barbara, Sabrina, Rebecca and Andy, and all of the rest of my family and friends that knew him so well. His memory will live on in our hearts and minds.
