Obituary of Betty A. Barnett

<b>Betty A. Barnett</b> NICHOLASVILLE - <b>Betty A. Barnett</b>, 59 wife of Darrell Barnett, Sr. passed away Sunday February 1, 2009. She was born in Lexington on July 25, 1949 and was the daughter of Rosa Lawson of Nicholasville and the late Russell M. Lawson. Survivors other than her husband and mother are a daughter, Lisa Pierce, Lexington, a son Darrell Barnett, Jr., Nicholasville, sisters, Irene Schneider, Frankfort, Rose Greer, Versailles, Linda Cregar, Brenda Gardner both of Lancaster and Darlene Lawson, Lexington, a brother Russell M. Lawson Jr., Nicholasville, 2 grandchildren, Tyler Pierce and McKenzie Barnett . Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Clark Legacy Center; 601 E. Brannon Road officiated by Brother Paul Huff and Pastor James Humphrey. Burial will follow in Maple Grove cemetery. Casketbearers will be Dwayne Baker, Mike Corey, Kriss Goodwin, Tyler Pierce, Anthony Laird and Gary Epley. Honorary casketbearers will be Brandon Laird, Shannon Hunt, David Lawson and Russell Lawson, Jr. Visitation will be 5 to 8 pm Tuesday at Clark Legacy center.
