Obituary of Edward A. "Skip" Keyser

<b>Obituary</b> Edward A. "Skip" Keyser, 71, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Saturday, October 30, 2010. He was born April 28, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, to Mildred Lee Hernly Keyser and the late Edward Arnold Keyser, Sr. Skip served in the US Navy for 26 years, was a Life Member of Optimist International, Life Member of the US Naval Institute, Member of the National Model Railroad Club and a director with the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation. He also served more than 3300 volunteer hours at the VA Medical Center in Lexington. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Danielle (David) Samuelson, stationed in South Korea (US Army); grandchildren, Grace and Tristan Samuelson; brothers, Richard (Joan) Keyser, Frisco, TX; James Keyser, Chicago, IL; and Dawn Robitaille, Lexington, KY. <b>Funeral Information</b> A Memorial Service will be 2 pm, Friday, November 19, 2010 at Anchor Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky. Skip's ashes will be buried at sea by the US Navy.
