<b>Obituary</b> Cynthia "Cindy" Tackett, 51, of Lexington, Kentucky died Sunday, November 18, 2012. She was born August 1, 1961 in Lexington, Kentucky to Betty and Thomas Tackett. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Steve (Karen) Tackett and John (Ginny) Tackett; nieces, Abbye and Ali Tackett; nephews, Christian (Cyndie) Tackett and Westray Tackett; step-nephews, Nick, Neil and Nate McCutcheon; and great nephew, Thomas Tackett. <b>Funeral Information</b> A Gathering of Family and Friends will be 5-7 pm, Friday, November 23, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
