Obituary of Shannon Layne Young

<b>Obituary</b> Shannon Layne Young, 20, daughter of Jay Joan Young, died Thursday, April 8, 2010. A native of Lexington, Shannon was a graduate of Tates Creek High School. She worked at Close To Home, assisting with disabled children, and adults and was a member of Anchor Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Shannon is survived by her sister, Vicki Donahue and brother, Victor Donahue, both of Lexington; her fiance, Shane Dyer, Nicholasville. Shannon was preceded in death by her brother, Jay Young. <b>Funeral Information</b> A Gathering of Family and Friends will be 4 - 8 pm, Monday, April 12 at Clark Legacy Center. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 8 pm, officiated by Pastor Paul Sisk. The family requests NO FLOWERS.
