Obituary of Isaac Emmitt Watson

Isaac Emmitt Watson, 89, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020. A native of Lackey, Kentucky, Isaac was born October 26, 1931 to the late Crockett and Avie Hoover Watson. Isaac was a veteran of the United States Air Force and received the National Defense Service Medal as well as a Good Conduct Metal. He attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and later became the Assistant Director of Finance for the State of Kentucky. In addition to his niece, Avie Watson, Isaac is survived by his guardian and friend, Charlotte Nelson. A Memorial Service with Military Honors at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, will be scheduled at a later date.
