Obituary of Jackie Graves Payne

Jackie G. Payne, 65, husband of Alice Payne, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020. A native of Frankfort, he was born on March 17, 1955 to William George and Beatrice Wilhoite Payne. He worked in housekeeping at Kings Daughter Hospital. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step-children, Susie Brophy, Billy Trent, Carol Sowards, and Sam Trent; his brother, Ralph Payne; his sister, Barbara Hockersmith; 15 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; and 16 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step-son Richard Trent. Graveside Service will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. His grandchildren will be serving as casketbearers. Visitation will be held from 12:30pm until 2:30pm on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
